My husband and I have been real estate investors in the Bristol TN/VA market for more than 13 years. What started as a “side hustle” renting to local college kids grew into 30+ doors by 2019, then another 15 after teaming up with a partner in 2020. By spring 2023, with 50+ doors under our belt, I realized this was no longer a side business—it was my passion. So, I stepped away from my HR Director role at Chick-fil-A and went full-time into real estate.
That journey gave me a unique set of skills—investing, property management, renovations, and creative marketing strategies—all of which I now bring to my clients. I’ve got an eye for how to “refresh” a home to make it more marketable, and I know how to stretch a budget to turn an older house into a dream home.
